Product usage data:
- If you register your ChargeXcel device, it may store energy usage and event logs locally. ChargeXcel is designed to store this data locally, and no mandatory cloud subscription is required for core load management and safety features. We may receive product registration information you voluntarily submit.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process and fulfill your orders, including payment processing and shipping.
- Communicate with you about your order, product registration, warranty, or support requests.
- Send you marketing emails or SMS messages only if you have opted in to receive them.
- Respond to your questions, including inquiries about whether your home qualifies for ChargeXcel.
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our products.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security, or technical issues.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Disclosure
When you opt in to receive text messages from EV-PowerShare:
- No sharing of mobile information. We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your mobile phone number or SMS consent status to any third party for their marketing purposes. Your mobile information is used exclusively by EV-PowerShare for our own communications.
- Message frequency. You can expect to receive up to 3 messages per week.
- Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
- Opt-out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
- Help. For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us through our contact page.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. We share information with trusted vendors who help us operate our business, including payment processors, shipping carriers, email and SMS delivery platforms, website hosting and analytics providers, and our online store platform.
